Korn Tone Settings. The guy posting about head’s guitar history the other day got me thinking about their tone in general. Going so low on an electric guitar gives the instrument a distinct sound.

I don’t have a strict answer, but the ripping sound is surely an interaction of heavy distortion or gain interacting with aggressive noise cancellation or compression. I am looking for the korn sound.
